I’m Sarah, and welcome to my new blog: Your Wholesome Child.
This site will hopefully be your resource for all things natural living and natural mothering. I’ll be featuring recipes which are no-fuss yet delicious- I love having fun in the kitchen, but don’t have time for endless prep or assembly. They’ll also be focused on Paleo/gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free fare, since that’s primarily how I feed my family.
We try to minimize everyday toxic exposures for the sake of everybody’s health, and especially for the sake of little growing bodies and brains! I’ll continually be posting on what we are careful with and explaining why, and giving advice on helpful habits to implement for the sake of your family’s well-being.
I’m also a makeup-and-beauty enthusiast, so will be offering recommendations on my tried-and-true products, how I switched from toxic beauty to clean beauty, and what I’m loving now.
