Hello, and welcome to my blog all about living healthy with a family!

You’ll find scrumptious recipes, guidance on pregnancy, baby care, and household swaps! I have had gluten and dairy sensitivity since childhood, so I have plenty of experience with GF, DF cooking and baking.

Over the past 5 years, I have slowly been incorporating changes to my diet, personal care products, and general lifestyle choices based on lots of research and trial and error. All the information and recommendations here are meant to help you make doable, tangible changes that will help you and your little ones feel their best.

I started this blog to share information about giving yourself and your kids the best chance at living healthy, and making that lifestyle manageable and attainable in small steps. I hope you all feel empowered to make the educated decisions that matter most for your own health, and the health of your future or current babies.
